Return & Refund Policy

All Maison Maron products are digital sewing patterns (PDF files), delivered instantly by email and download after purchase. Because they are digital items and not physical goods, they cannot be returned, and we are generally unable to offer refunds once a pattern has been accessed or downloaded.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers). Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right no longer applies once you have started the download. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access to the files and acknowledge that, by accessing or downloading them, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. For this reason, completed digital orders are non-refundable.

If something is wrong. We want you to be happy with your pattern. If your file is corrupted, won't open, is incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at maisonmaron@outlook.com and we'll put it right — by resending the file, providing a corrected version, or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Please note. A sewing pattern is not a finished garment, and we cannot offer refunds based on the fit or outcome of a sewn item, or because a pattern was purchased by mistake after being downloaded. If you're unsure whether a pattern is right for you, please check the size chart, requirements, and product description before buying, or reach out with any questions first.
